Eggless Mayonnaise

Ingredients : Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup Oil - 3/4 cup Condensed Milk - 2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Crushed Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Mustard powder - 1/2 tsp Vinegar - 1 & 1/2 tsp Method: In a bowl take cream, add condensed milk and beat using electric beater for 3-4 mins Next gradually add oil while continuing to beat for 2-3 mins. Do not stop the beater while adding oil. Add oil in 6-7 batches. Add mustard, salt, pepper and beat for a minute. Lastly add vinegar and beat for few more seconds. Use immediately or store in fridge in an air-tight jar. Notes: *Ensure you use chilled cream just out of the fridge. *Do not add oil at once. Keep beating while adding oil. *I have used freshly powdered mustard, you can use market bought, or ready-made mustard paste. *If using mustard paste reduce vinegar qty to 1 tsp. *Taste in the end and adjust the salt qty.

Jeera Biscuits | Cookies

The perfect tea time snack, these biscuits are soft and crispy at the same time. My dad doesn't like sweet biscuits or cookies, and jeera biscuits are his favorite. So I have tried multiple recipes to get those perfectly crisp and soft jeera biscuits. Well TBH,  I failed a few times, but this one is a foolproof recipe. Enjoy it with your cup of tea or just munch whenever you like. Ingredients: Maida / All purpose flour - 1 & 1/2 cup Salted Butter - 1/2 cup Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp baking soda - 1/4 tsp baking pd - 1/2 tsp Milk - 2-3 tbsp Jeera/ cumin seeds (dry roasted) - 2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp Method: Take room temperature butter in a bowl. Add sugar to it.  Beat the butter and sugar till fluffy. About 4-5 mins with a wooden spoon.  Mix flour, baking pd, baking soda, salt and 1.5tsp jeera.  Save 1/2 tsp jeera for sprinkling. add flour mix to butter and gently mix. Now add 2 tbsp milk and using your hands bring the dough together. Rest the dough

Plain paratha

Paratha is the most commonly used bread in north India. Plain paratha can be served with sabzi and dal. The paratha made with desi ghee are delicious and rich, but if oyu dont like ghee you can make it with oil also. There are many versions of it Aloo paratha, paneer paratha, Mooli paratha, and the options are endless. These are made by stuffing different veggies and are mostly served for breakfast with curd. Wheat flour - 2 cups Salt - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tsp Ghee - as reuired for cooking Water - as required for kneading Kneaded dough divide in balls

Eggless Chocolate cupcakes

Oh the never ending love for chocolate..!!! Call these decadent, indulgent, sinful or pure bliss; these chocolate cupcakes are moist, fluffy and to die for. Make these for an occasion or just treat yourself with this delicious dessert. Ingredients: Maida / All purpose flour - 3/4 cup Oil - 1/3 cup chocolate chips - a handful Milk - 1/2 cup Vinegar - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1/2 cup Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder - 3 tbsp Method : Sift Maida, baking soda and cocoa powder in a bowl and give it a mix. In another bowl take milk and add vinegar to it. let it rest for 2-3 mins Add oil and sugar to the milk and whisk it. Now add the maida mix and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix.  fill the moulds to 3/4 of the capacity and bake in a preheated oven for 18-20 mins @ 180 ℃ Notes : *Use room temperature milk. not too cold nor hot *Use castor sugar preferrably (Fine granules) *You can use apple cider vinegar or plain vinegar *Use choco chips of your choice (bi
