Oats and Cinnamon pancakes

Ingredients: Whole wheat flour - 1/2 cup Oats - 1/3 to 1/2 cup Baking powder - 1 tsp Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp pinch of salt - skip if using salted butter Egg - 1   Milk - 1/2 cup Yogurt - 3 to 4 tbsp vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp For the drizzle (optional) butter melted - 1 tbsp cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp brown sugar - 2 tbsp To Serve Fresh fruits Honey or Maple Syrup Recipe: In a bowl add dry ingredients and give a good mix. (flour + oats + baking pd + cinnamon + sugar + salt) Now add egg and mix Add yogurt, mix Add milk and vanilla extract, mix to get a pouring consistency If you are using the cinnamon rolls drizzle mix butter, sugar and cinnamon and keep aside. Now grease a pan with butter, pour the mix on hot pan and cook for 3-4 mins on each side till golden brown.  If using drizzle add it in spiral shape on the pancake before flipping (see image below) Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with honey or maple syrup and lot

Oats and Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients: Oats - 1/2 cup or 8-9 tbsp Yogurt or hung curd - 1/2 cup  Fresh fruits - 1/2 cup (I have used kiwi and strawberry) Chocolate Ganache - 1-2 tbsp Nuts - 1 tbsp (i have used walnuts, almonds and pistachios) Sugar or Honey - 2-3 tsp Recipe: Dry roast oats in a non stick pan. Keep 4 tbsp and mix rest with ganache. Mix sugar or honey with yogurt / hung curd. Chop fresh fruits and sprinkle some sugar and leave for 5-10 mins Dry roast Nuts and chop Time to assemble In a glass or jar start with a layer of roasted oats. Add yogurt and top it with fresh fruits layer Now add the ganache oats mixture Garnish with chopped nuts and a dollop of yogurt Note: You can use greek yogurt or hung curd. Need to remove the water from regular curd so keep it in muslin cloth on sieve for at least an hour You can use fruits of your choice, avoid melons You can use any dry fruits or nuts of your choice You can prepare all ingredients in advance but assembl
